On October 29th, I will be performing a WIP (Works in Progress) version of a movement portrait with LaJuné McMillian for their Black Movement Library project at RECESS.
Black Movement in Digital Spaces—two days of programming curated by Yvonne Mpwo that invites Black thinkers to engage the key questions posed by LaJuné McMillian: The Black Movement Library. Featuring a motion capture demonstration, artist-led movement-based workshops, cross-disciplinary discussion and the reveal of new work by LaJuné.
